This Privacy Policy explains how Flynkie ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Flynkie mobile application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve the App's functionality. This information falls into the following categories:
A. Information You Provide to Us
- Name.
- Phone Number (if you choose to register or log in using phone authentication).
- Email Address and Password (if you choose to register or log in using email and password authentication. Note that passwords are stored in a secure, hashed format).
- Goals & Memories Data: Any text, Reminders, chats, images, or files you choose to add to the App, which constitute your private goals, memories, and entries.
- AI Chat Data: The content of your chats and prompts with Flynkie.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- App Usage Data: Anonymous, non-personal statistics about how you use the App, such as how often you use specific features, to help us identify issues and improve the user experience.
- Device Information: Non-identifying technical data, such as your mobile device's operating system, device ID, and IP address.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- To Provide Core Services: To retrieve and display your personal reminders, memories, and goals within the App.
- To Enable Chat Functionality: To allow Flynkie to generate meaningful and contextual responses to your chats and prompts.
- Service Improvement: To analyse anonymous usage data and improve app features and performance.
3. How We Share and Disclose Your Data
We do not sell your personal data or chats. Period. We do not share your personal information with advertisers.
We only share data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the App:

We save the chat data in your phone and Firebase both.
We may also disclose your data if required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process.
4. Data Security and Storage
We prioritize the security of your information:
- We use secure, encrypted cloud services like Firebase Firestore and Firebase Authentication to store your data.
- Access to user data by our personnel is strictly restricted and monitored.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You are in control of your data:
- Access/Export: You can view your personal data at any time.
- Deletion: You can delete all your data permanently via the dedicated option within the App settings.
- Uninstall: You can stop all future collection of information simply by uninstalling the App from your device.

6. Children's Privacy
Flynkie is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we ever change how we handle your data, we will notify you within the App. You can always return to this page to review the latest version.
